Wow.

Hey guys, I know what you are thinking, why aren't you at school? Well, there is a very simple answer for that. I am ill.
I haven't posted in AGES! And I was hoping maybe we could get our readers back up, so, tell all your friends, (and people you don't know) that we are back for buisness! Man, I say that alot  a lot. I got my report back the other day,... And that's all I want to say about that. I'm joking! It was FINE! To some extent anyway.
Since it hasn't been since Christmas I posted, maybe we should catch up!

  • I can take my earrings out now
  • I went to a wedding (Not mine!)
  • I turn twelve in April.
  • I have ABSALOUTLEY no idea what to say.
  • I have no idea how to spell ABSALOUTELY!
Wow!... Oh yeah, the other day my 9 year old brother, Abe, went to the Isle of Whight with school (Did I spell that right?) I swear my mum nearly cried. Secretly, no matter how much he denies it, he misses us. I missed him too, but don't tell him that. I miss the constant sound of him yelling at virtual things on the internet, and the iPad constantly being in use. Me and my sister and my dad went to Oxford yesterday, and we had a really good time. She never annoyed me, I never annoyed her. We did annoy dad at one point though. When we were in Waterstones and we were helplessly laughing at this book called shake. Dad and the man at the till were giving us side glances as I had my head in her shoulder and she was bending over with laughter. I doubt he will take us there again. I have a quick thank you to give:
THANK YOU VERONICA ROTH.
I have just finished the best book since Delirium. It's called Divergent. The reason we were in Watrestones yesterday was because I desperately needed the second one to live. Dad bought a cycling book though, so we were all pleased. I am desperately trying to get mum to read the book, but, I guess she doesn't want to *sigh* I had a ton of homework to do yesterday, so I was stressed, and maybe (but maybe not) got kinda annoyed at my dad. Sorry for that by the way.
As I was saying, I turn twelve in April. I am mega excited because, well actually, I have NO IDEA! Me and my sister get on really well now, that's good I suppose. I am sooooo tired. You can ask MUM about that *cough cough* *nudge nudge* I have started writing again, as I have a laptop to do it on now! Yay!  I REALLY hate Geography, I have to write a newspaper article on the floods in the UK, and to a page on flooding solutions. Urghhh. *Sigh*
I should probably go now,
Post tomorrow (hopefully, don't get too excited)

Ba humbug (Part 2)

Hi guys, well what to say? For starters it's 11 Days until Christmas! How ace is that!?! All the kids out there reading this, comment and tell me what you've asked for!
Today, with school, I went to go and see 'A Christmas Carol' at the Birmingham theater. It was awesome! At the start it was slightly terrifying, but that made up for how amazing it was! At the end of this post there should be a photo. Well, Christmas! BA HUMBUG. I really love saying (typing) that.
Get this, I, ME, NELL, joined the girls football team! Well technically no. I didn't just join it, I won my place. Year sevens and eights were offered the chance to do tryouts for the girls football team, so I went for it, and got it! I was the happiest I had been in ages. Literally.
I can't think of anything else to say (that is the first AND LAST time I am saying that)
So I guess it's time for a great big,
BYE!
From me, NELL

Homework

Hi guys this post is generally about homework and how it is best to do it AT LEAST THE DAY BEFORE!
That was directed at my mother.
Anyway, so yeah. I had some drama homework to do and it was four o clock. It went perfectly and mum sent it to my grandad to print off. Then we went for a dog walk and walked him round to my grandma and grandad's house. When we got there, I went inside and found that it had come out completely in writing with none of the pictures. So from about six-eight o clock I had a massive homework crisis. I really worry about handing homework in or whether it looks like so as you can probably imagine I was beside myself because until about 8, I had no homework. So basically, when you are in secondary school, the motto is, Always do your homework. Before 8 o clock the night before.

The great British Bake Off.
I know when you see these words the word elderly always pops into your head, but I have found that I actually like it more than the x factor! On Saturday at my brothers football, I was making the teas and coffees with my head of year. While we were waiting it turns out that she loves it too. You can learn allot in a short space of time.

See-ya,
Nell xx:)

Finally half term!!

Hi guys Its Nell here and I am tired and slightly irritable at the moment, but apart from that I am fine. Sorry I I haven't been posting in ages, I have been busy with school. Thank goodness it is half term! We had an 8 week term!
Book report time:
At the moment I am reading Delirium. And I think it is by Lauren Oliver. I am not sure if that is right but oh well her name is on the front cover. Can I just say that it is an amazing book! It is basically about in their lives, love is a disease. It is amazing and really interesting because we see love as a good thing, well some of us, anyway no the point. So yeah, I was saying, It is about this girl and I have not finished it yet, so I don't know that much. What I am trying to say is, if you get the chance read that book.

At the beginning of this week we got our snapshot reports back and I was really pleased. Because to be honest with you, it is really hard to adjust to a new school, meet new people and do well in class at the same time, so I was pleased. And my parents were. I hope.

Lately I have been getting into music quite a lot. Just at random times like when I am getting changed in the mornings. Which is good, because I like music. Unfortunately in science, we have been doing this section on 'Life' which includes learning about the unspeakable (and trust me, if you don't know what that means, you don't want to!) A lot of the new friends I have met have been boys, THAT DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING! Like me and my best friend Livvy hang out at the boys corner at lunch. The boys in my form are nice, and funny too, I like funny people. Oh yeah and if you say to people that when you are bored you read a book, you get funny looks.
Bye for now,
Nell;)
P.S. Heeeeeeeyyyyyy Sophie ;)

Could I pass as a rainbow?

Hi guys I just wanted o stat off saying that I loved my day. There is the first thing out the way.
You have to promise not to laugh. Promise? OK. So here's the deal, my sister does rainbows, hence the title and because my dad is not in and my mum was helping, I had to go. On the way I was dreading it, a room filled with screaming six year olds, who is not? But yeah and we turned up and some of the younger ones I used to look after/ play with at my old school did not recognise me. That made me sad coz I loved those kids. Anyway so once we got past the register I started to enjoy it, and by the end I was loving it, I was singing the songs, playing the games AND I had those kids I loved clinging onto me once again.
Did you laugh?
The message in that story is...
I wanna be a Rainbow.

Bye for now,
Nell

Kaboodily

Hi, maybe I should tell you about my holiday. Not all of the post though because that would be boring for both me and you. So yeah. On Friday night we went up to my cousins in Nottingham and stayed there for a sleepover, and while there my cousin, Lily gave me her book, noughts and crosses by Malorie Blackman. I love her and her books too. Anyway yeah and we left early Saturday morning. After ages of driving we had Greggs lunch (was DELICIOUS) and then we got extremely lost. Finally we found it and got settled in. While the mums were cooking dad took us out to the local beach. It was lush. We found jellyfish and rolled down sand dunes and eventually we were two hours late for tea!!! Me and Abbey shared a room and it was lovely. Really you have to go to Northumberland some day.

Did any of you guys go on holiday this summer, if so where did you go?

That sounds like a song, If so where did you go? Lallalallalalala *catchy tune, catchy tune*

In the mornings I walk down to the bus stop with the two boys that live down my road. Yes BOYS. They are really funny actually. My dad always says how silly we are walking down so early, one morning dad and Todd were walking behind us and when we went to cross the road, he went the other way and we were the first ones there by miles, and Dad was about twenty minutes walking the dog and by the time he had walked all the way back around we were still the only ones there. I mean how embarrassing is that? The worst thing is that when the cars they always stare at us when thy drives past and there is always a look of confusion on their face. like, What are those kids doing here so early, the bus doesn't come for a good half  hour. And then I think Better to be safe than sorry, right?

And that rests my case,

Your best friend,
Nell

Hey

Hi everyone, I thought as this is now my blog, I should start making up for all the posts I missed. I have just slept, due to the fact that I am not well. At the moment me Duck and Millie the turtle are snuggled up on the sofa writing this post. Today we went shopping, in Oxford and as a matter of fact I met my friend called Isobel. As I mentioned earlier today. She technically did not see me but in my eyes that still counts as meeting her.... Right? Anyway I am really excited because now I have had my earrings in for over six weeks and so I can change them. The choice is limited but now, as of yesterday, I can change them by myself, with no pain at all.

Just after my post this morning mum asked me if I would like to turn it into my OWN blog, and I was excited and said yes. So yeah, me and mum were looking through our old posts. We started from the bottom and worked up to the top. My first post took me about half an hour, which worried me because now I can write a blog post as easily as I can say my name. We read through mums posts mainly and in advance may I say I have an unattractive habit of rolling around on the floor when I laugh to hard. So we read one post. Then the other. And by the end I realised that our playroom floor was really dirty, as I was on it. Almost wetting myself with laughter.

Bye for now,
